The DEFINITIONAL Competency:

To effectively engage in academic faith integration, a foundational understanding of what it is, is needed. This module (1 of 9) aims to articulate a common understanding of faith-learning integration in the Christian university. This include an overview of what it isn’t, benefits it makes to students, teachers, schools, and the world, and what it looks like across various fields of thought and practice.

  1. This module includes a 1-hour video presentation, notetaking guide, a reference list, relevant readings, and reflection | discussion prompts.
  2. While this module applies directly to those employed in Christian institutions, it can also be adapted and applied by Christian educators in other settings.
