The PEDAGOGICAL Competency:

While examples of faith-integration in the classroom are provided throughout this series of courses, AFI 108 reviews how various best practices in teaching/learning can be used for the purposes of academic faith integration. Thoughts on giving lectures, preparing syllabi, crafting assignments, and making good use of first day of class are some of the many insights and examples that are provided.

1. This course includes a 1-hour video presentation, notetaking guide, a reference list, relevant readings, and reflection | discussion prompts.
2. While this course applies directly to those employed in Christian institutions, it can also be adapted and applied by Christian educators in other settings.
